Mart & World Vadodara refused to address issue

On November 5, 2016, I signed up for Mart & World Vadodara's warranty service at their East Erica, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $26.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adan J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
