I have been a loyal customer of Elite College for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1560-EVK-3260) on August 24, 1980, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
