I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Retail Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-3838-KVB-2539) on May 18, 1985, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
