I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Retail Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-1695-VEE-8598) on September 23, 2013, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
