I want to report a serious concern with Top Finds's software that I purchased on May 18, 1986 from your West Erinville, Washington store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Caleb F., but my issue remains unresolved.
