Frustrated with Representation Counsel Bremen's lack of response

I purchased a system from Representation Counsel Bremen on November 13, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Anibal V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
