Misleading advertising by Robo Chip Nantes

On October 2, 2000, I signed up for Robo Chip Nantes's setup assistance at their East Jess, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $731.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mike R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
