Refund refused by Law Advisors, Advisors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2165-ZGD-2904 placed with Law Advisors, Advisors on February 22, 1985. I paid $825.87 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosalia X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
