Overcharged by Reliable Structures for service

On December 29, 2007, I signed up for Reliable Structures's customer support at their Maureenburgh, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $160.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kristina O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
