I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Homes Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-8363-CVP-9115) on February 3, 2017, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
