I am writing regarding order #ORD-5203-RPZ-1639 placed with Luxury Homes Group on October 3, 1984. I paid $147.38 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tess F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
