Advisory & Counsel Enterprises refused to address issue

On July 17, 2020, I signed up for Advisory & Counsel Enterprises's technical assistance at their Clevelandport, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $978.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Anne K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
