Quality issues with Advisory & Counsel Enterprises product

On May 22, 2015, I signed up for Advisory & Counsel Enterprises's setup assistance at their New Kacietown, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $602.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Christine Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
