Billing dispute with Rights Counsel

I purchased a system from Rights Counsel on August 20, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ilene E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
