On September 6, 1976, I signed up for ChipUltra Subang Jaya's technical assistance at their Konopelskitown, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $476.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alvera Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
