I have been a loyal customer of Essential Living for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8038-CRN-5945) on September 4, 2001, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
