Hidden fees discovered from Fusion Core

On December 2, 2003, I signed up for Fusion Core's maintenance program at their Zboncaktown, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $802.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ayla J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
