Unsatisfactory resolution from Abode of Urban

On September 12, 1982, I signed up for Abode of Urban's support package at their Kuhlmanchester, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $937.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Billie X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
