System crash after UltraTech Networks product update

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1718-THB-9296 placed with UltraTech Networks on February 2, 1999. I paid $453.36 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Raymond L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
