I want to report a serious concern with Secure Solutions's plan that I purchased on March 10, 2000 from your Casperborough, District of Columbia store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tabitha I., but my issue remains unresolved.
