Warranty claim denied by Advisory Advisors

On February 24, 1971, I signed up for Advisory Advisors's delivery service at their Burdetteport, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $439.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lorenzo H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
