I am writing regarding order #ORD-8387-UFC-4171 placed with Advisory Advisors on June 13, 2008. I paid $608.77 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bradley P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
