I am writing regarding order #ORD-6962-JFO-3131 placed with Logic Solutions Delhi Corp. on November 5, 1976. I paid $203.88 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emmie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
