I purchased a appliance from Premium Delight Nantes on March 19, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zoila P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
