Misleading advertising by Integrity Rights Practice Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7036-FCV-3682 placed with Integrity Rights Practice Corp. on January 5, 2015. I paid $893.9 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ezekiel R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
