False promises made by Optimal Diagnostic representative

I want to report a serious concern with Optimal Diagnostic's service that I purchased on April 10, 1988 from your Kertzmannborough, Delaware store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tomasa J., but my issue remains unresolved.
