Healing Center refused to address issue

On March 13, 2024, I signed up for Healing Center's upgrade service at their New Ramonafort, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $941.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jennifer T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
