Quality issues with Elite-Build product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8778-IKV-3241 placed with Elite-Build on September 7, 1980. I paid $653.79 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bobby M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
