Frustrated with Quality Build Contractors Kuala Lumpur's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3032-LMU-8415 placed with Quality Build Contractors Kuala Lumpur on March 24, 2009. I paid $653.26 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Steve Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
