I am writing regarding order #ORD-6740-DYT-6406 placed with The United Clinic Partners LLC on February 28, 2014. I paid $93.98 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gregory I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
