The Traditional Tastes refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with The Traditional Tastes's service that I purchased on July 15, 1977 from your Lake Kareem, Michigan store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Shakira Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
