I have been a loyal customer of The Traditional Tastes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5303-DQE-4974) on December 31, 1995, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
