False promises made by The Summit Education representative

On November 21, 2000, I signed up for The Summit Education's consultation at their Jeniferfort, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $693.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Moises F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
