Warranty claim denied by Premium Delight Semarang

On March 12, 1992, I signed up for Premium Delight Semarang's technical assistance at their Madisonshire, Texas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $342.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shaina Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
