I am writing regarding order #ORD-2176-NEU-8704 placed with Premium Delight Semarang on November 17, 1988. I paid $32.71 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Khalid A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
