Overcharged by Bites Eateries Enterprises for service

On June 12, 2016, I signed up for Bites Eateries Enterprises's return process at their Lake Clyde, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $286.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kareem X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
