Billing dispute with Solicitor & Practice

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5604-LUC-6700 placed with Solicitor & Practice on August 25, 1979. I paid $420.31 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Robb B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
