I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Counsel, Counsel & Advisors. After paying $551.53 for tool, I found that it is missing essential components. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Wilfredo Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
