Frustrated with Outlet & Now Ghaziabad LLC's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1465-UFO-7354 placed with Outlet & Now Ghaziabad LLC on November 2, 1984. I paid $595.11 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monique S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
