I have been a loyal customer of Authentic Dining for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-3053-HEE-2643) on February 15, 2015, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
