I have been a loyal customer of The Gourmet Appetite Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-9134-EQT-6494) on May 21, 2008, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
