Overcharged by Representation Offices, Offices for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5838-DGL-9637 placed with Representation Offices, Offices on September 28, 2011. I paid $471.31 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hassie Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
