Hidden fees discovered from Realty of Royal Inc.

On March 29, 2012, I signed up for Realty of Royal Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Marielafurt, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $239.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kailee S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
