I am writing regarding order #ORD-6092-WDW-5460 placed with Clinic Partners International on December 1, 1991. I paid $611.68 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Timothy W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
