On November 16, 1996, I signed up for Academy of Mastery Bendigo's upgrade service at their Bartholomeborough, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $757.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kristoffer C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
