I am writing regarding order #ORD-1921-KIZ-4367 placed with Prime Clinic Professionals on May 22, 2013. I paid $482.32 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elliott H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
