I purchased a appliance from TopDeal on December 16, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chasity I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
