TopDeal provided defective product

On April 2, 2018, I signed up for TopDeal's training session at their Monaton, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $153.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joelle S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
