Billing dispute with Law & Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6930-EPD-8365 placed with Law & Partners on April 10, 2013. I paid $225.7 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hope T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
