I have been a loyal customer of CyberEdge Robotics Duque de Caxias Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-1683-BPO-4112) on November 21, 2006, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
